Transportation
The trailhead for Laguna Torre is located just outside of El Chaltén. You can easily walk from most accommodations in town to the trailhead. Buses from El Calafate to El Chaltén are frequent during the tourist season (October to April). Several bus companies operate this route, including CalTur, Chalten Travel, and Taqsa Marga. The journey takes approximately 3 hours. Once in El Chaltén, no further transportation is needed to reach the trailhead.
