Parque das Aves Guide
Immerse Yourself in a Vibrant World of Birds at Parque das Aves Guide
Welcome to Parque das Aves, a stunning bird park located right next to the magnificent Iguazu Falls in Brazil. This isn't just a zoo; it's a sanctuary dedicated to the conservation and preservation of birds, particularly those native to the Atlantic Rainforest. Prepare to be amazed by the sheer diversity and beauty of the avian species you'll encounter, from colorful macaws and toucans to graceful flamingos and elusive hummingbirds. It's an unforgettable experience for nature lovers of all ages. Parque das Aves was founded with a strong commitment to environmental education and conservation. Many of the birds housed here have been rescued from illegal trafficking or have been injured and rehabilitated. The park provides a safe and enriching environment for these birds, allowing visitors to learn about their natural habitats and the threats they face. Through interactive exhibits and educational programs, Parque das Aves aims to raise awareness about the importance of protecting biodiversity and preserving the Atlantic Rainforest. A visit to Parque das Aves offers a variety of engaging activities. Walk through immersive aviaries where you can get up close and personal with the birds, observing their behavior and admiring their vibrant plumage. Participate in feeding sessions, learn about the park's conservation efforts, and capture stunning photographs of these incredible creatures. Don't miss the opportunity to hold a macaw (under supervision, of course!) for a truly memorable experience. While the park doesn't have a specific culinary tradition, the on-site restaurant offers a variety of Brazilian and international dishes to enjoy after your avian adventure.
