Transportation
Reaching Dois Rios Beach requires a bit of effort, but the reward is well worth it. The most common way to get there is by hiking from Vila do Abraão, the main village on Ilha Grande. The trail is approximately 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) and takes around 3-4 hours to complete. Alternatively, you can take a boat from Vila do Abraão to Parnaioca Beach and then hike for about an hour to Dois Rios. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, bring plenty of water, and be prepared for a moderately challenging hike.
