The mountain's name is steeped in local legend, adding a touch of mystique to its already impressive stature. Prepare to be awestruck by the sheer scale of the Durmitor massif and the stunning vistas that stretch as far as the eye can see. The name "Savin Kuk" is believed to be derived from Saint Sava, a significant figure in Serbian Orthodox history.
