Transportation
From Cebu City, you can take a bus to Moalboal. Buses depart regularly from the South Bus Terminal. The journey takes approximately 3-4 hours. Once in Moalboal town, you can hire a tricycle to take you to Panagsama Beach, where most of the resorts and dive shops are located. Tricycles are the main mode of transport within Moalboal.
