Transportation
Everglades National Park has multiple entrances. The Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center (main entrance) is located near Homestead. From Miami, take the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 6 (Speedway Blvd/SW 8th St) and follow the signs. Alternatively, take US-1 south to Homestead and follow the signs. There is no public transportation directly to the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center.
